Terms of Service

AIShi Coin is a mini app that provides:

• Token claiming functionality (10 AIShi tokens every 8 hours)
• Cryptocurrency swapping on Worldchain
• Integration with World ID for human verification
• Access to World ID ecosystem features

The Service operates within the World App ecosystem and requires World ID orb verification.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have completed World ID orb verification
• Have access to World App on a compatible mobile device
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not be located in a restricted territory

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your World App wallet and private keys
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to bypass World ID verification or claim limits
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Not impersonate others or provide false information
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

Claim Rules

• Users can claim 10 AIShi tokens every 8 hours
• Claims require valid World ID orb verification
• One claim per unique human (enforced by World ID)
• Claim cooldown timers are enforced automatically

Token Nature

AIShi tokens are cryptocurrency tokens on the Worldchain blockchain. They:

• Have no guaranteed monetary value
• Are provided "as is" without warranties
• May be used within our ecosystem and compatible services
• Are subject to market forces and may fluctuate in value

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify claim amounts, cooldown periods, or discontinue token distribution at any time without prior notice.

When using swap functionality:

• Swaps are executed through third-party DEX protocols (Holdstation, Uno)
• You are responsible for reviewing swap rates and fees
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• Gas fees and slippage may apply and are your responsibility
• We do not guarantee availability or pricing of any token
• Network congestion may delay or affect swap execution

• Token Claims: Free of charge (no gas fees)
• Token Swaps: Subject to DEX fees and Worldchain gas fees
• Network Fees: Borne by the user for on-chain transactions

We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with appropriate notice.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to AIShi Coin are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our name or branding for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Security or freedom from viruses
• Token value or utility guarantees

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of tokens, funds, or cryptocurrency due to user error, theft, or unauthorized access
• Losses resulting from blockchain network issues, forks, or protocol changes
• Damages arising from third-party services (DEXs, World App, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIShi Coin, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your wallet or account being compromised

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service:

• At any time, for any reason, without notice
• If you violate these Terms
• If required by law or regulatory authorities
• If your World ID verification is revoked or invalid

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Our Service integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:

• World App & World ID: Subject to World's Terms of Service
• Worldchain: Subject to blockchain protocol rules
• DEX Protocols: Subject to their respective terms

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all third-party terms.
